Position: Assistant Solar Installer
Rate of pay: $20 / hour

• Able to use spreadsheets proficiently
• Physically fit (be able to lift 40 kg)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Willing to have flexible work schedule
• Working indoor and outdoor in various conditions
• Length of workday can vary depending on requirements of the installation
• Possess strong sense of integrity, commitment to the environment, and honesty
• Can take directions and follow instructions
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Can prioritise and multitask
• Maintains positive attitude, willing to learn, and shows initiative
• Work as part of a team or individually equally well
• Abide by non-smoking policy (both at the place of business and at customer sites)
• Willing to have criminal records check if requested

Duties May Include

• Assisting with the installation of ground mounted and/or roof mounted solar racking systems,
  photovoltaic modules, solar pool heating collectors, batteries for off-grid systems, inverters
  and other renewable energy system components
• General labour including site cleanup, trenching, cement work, packaging components for
  shipping, other duties as assigned
